Before you break up with it
How much will it cost?
It depends on how much is going, how heavy it is and how far we carry it, which is why there's no price list. One would be wrong for most jobs. Send photos and you'll get a firm number. It covers labour, loading, the truck and disposal fees. No fuel surcharge and no stairs fee added on the day.
What if there's more than what's in my photos?
If it's what's in the photos, the price stands, even if the job takes longer than we planned. If you add items on the day, we price the extras on the spot and you approve them before they go on the truck.
How soon can you come?
Most jobs book the same week and often the next day. You pick a two-hour arrival window, including Saturdays.
Do I need to be home?
Not for driveway, curbside or open-garage jobs. Leave it where we can reach it and pay by e-transfer or card afterwards. For anything inside, someone needs to let us in, and realtors and property managers can leave a lockbox code.
What won't you take?
Paint, propane tanks, motor oil, chemicals and anything containing asbestos. These go to Durham Region's household hazardous waste depots, and we'll tell you which one is closest. Everything else, ask. We take most of it.
